Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Pravida website.
1. Cooling‑Off Period for Services
You may cancel a Service within three (3) business days of purchase, provided Pravida has not commenced work.
If cancelled within this cooling‑off period, Pravida will refund amounts paid less a 5% administrative fee.
2. Services After Cooling‑Off
Once the cooling‑off period has expired, or once work has commenced (including onboarding, document preparation, audit preparation or regulator correspondence), no refund is available except where required by law.
3. Digital Products
Due to their nature, Digital Products are non‑refundable once access has been granted or materials delivered.
4. Registration and Audit Outcomes
Fees relate to professional services only. No refunds are provided for unsuccessful registration, audit outcomes or delays outside Pravida’s control.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
