NDIS Compliance and Audit Support

Compliance is not something you achieve once and forget about. NDIS Practice Standards evolve, your business changes, and the Commission expects registered providers to maintain their compliance posture throughout the registration period — not just at audit time.

Pravida provides compliance monitoring, gap analysis, and audit preparation for registered NDIS providers. Whether you have an audit approaching or you want to maintain compliance proactively, we help you stay aligned with the standards that apply to your registration groups.

Common questions

Questions about compliance and audit

What is the difference between verification and certification?
Verification is desk-based for lower-risk groups. Certification is more comprehensive, commonly includes a site visit and applies to higher-risk supports.
Standards are reviewed and updated periodically. New SIL-specific Practice Standards commence on 1 July 2026, and broader reform is continuing. Providers should monitor changes and update systems when new requirements apply.
The auditor reports findings to the NDIS Commission. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, corrective action, registration conditions or other compliance action may follow. Preparation improves readiness but does not guarantee an audit outcome.
